Stewardship Code
Rule 2.2.3 of the FCA Conduct of Business Sourcebook (“COBS”) requires FCA-authorised firms to disclose whether they conform to the requirements of the UK Financial Reporting Council’s Stewardship Code (the “Code”), or where it does not, its alternative investment strategy. Whilst Brookland supports the principles of the Code, given its current business activities it does not consider it appropriate to conform to the Code at this time.
