About Us

Brookland Partners LLP is an independent real estate investment banking firm that provides innovative tailored solutions to investors, lenders and service providers to unlock the value in real estate assets and debt. It has one of the largest and specialised European real estate investment banking teams, which at this point in the current cycle has a particular focus on commercial real estate debt.

Brookland has acted on some of the most complex and high profile European real estate transactions in recent years, providing the team with unparalleled insight and experience.

Brookland was founded by experienced real estate investment and investment banking professionals who recognised the need for independent, unbiased and specialised advisory services and capital raising solutions following the unprecedented funding and valuation crisis encountered by the industry from the summer of 2007.

Brookland’s ethos is to combine expertise, integrity and trust in everything we do.

The firm prides itself in meeting its clients’ needs and maintaining a reputation for strong delivery and execution under varying market conditions.

Brookland has a 100% focus on real estate and operating businesses backed by real estate. The team has leading capabilities, developed through “positive and negative” economic cycles, in funding, investing in, sourcing, structuring, restructuring and brokering transactions backed by real estate or real estate debt.

As well as providing market leading advice, Brookland acts as a key market intermediary connecting investors and sellers, and lenders and borrowers (via Brookland Financial, a comprehensive financial intermediary platform) enabling capital to be efficiently deployed.

The team consists of professionals with a wealth of specialist industry knowledge and unrivalled experience from a variety of backgrounds including investment banking, investment management, wealth management, accountancy, rating agency and legal.

The team’s experience spans multiple international jurisdictions including the UK, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, Switzerland and the Middle East.
