Our process and value add

In addition to our sourcing capabilities, we provide buy-side management and transaction execution support (including due diligence)
We can utilise our expertise and extensive network to source debt financing (senior / mezz / whole loan) as well as equity co-investment (using third party and/or Brookland capital)​
We take a hands-on approach to provide a comprehensive underwriting process including site visits, cash flow modelling and sensitivity analysis, and by examining market fundamentals.​
We will use our experience and expertise to produce a SWOT analysis and assist with establishing robust business plans
Post-closing, we play a pro-active asset management role for each asset to deliver a strategy that will optimise exit value
