The focus:

The platform offers investors and lenders a bespoke service from simple introductions through to a complete package of sourcing, arranging, structuring, underwriting, execution and distribution across a diverse range of real estate debt products from basic bi-lateral loans to large CMBS transactions for a broad range of transaction types including acquisitions, re-positionings, development and loan / loan portfolio acquisitions throughout the UK and Europe.

  • Debt brokerage services for borrowers of debt capital involving a comprehensive sourcing of debt from Brookland’s extensive network of over 120 traditional and alternate providers of debt capital in Europe;
  • Full range of execution services for borrowers including debt and property underwriting, term sheet negotiation, cashflow modelling, due diligence, structuring, hedging, documentation and asset management; and
  • Arranging, structuring and distributing (through Brookland Partners) CMBS transactions.
Lender Services

  • Debt origination for lenders of debt capital (senior, mezzanine, whole loan, CMBS) through Brookland’s broad range of relationships and connections across Europe;
  • Full range of execution services for lenders including debt and property underwriting, term sheet negotiation, cashflow modelling, hedging, due diligence, structuring and documentation;
  • Arranging CMBS transactions and other structured finance deals; and
  • Arranging staple financing packages on loan and property sales.
